Window World of Muncie

Window world was the best price out of three companies I had prices from. They were able to get windows in earlier than scheduled too. They installed 11 windows, caulked inside and out, cleaned up and were done in less than 6 hours. Highly recommend.

Window World took great care of us many years ago, possibly 20+ years ago and then again later. Initially my husband replaced some windows, we had a contractor replace a few and then we had some very old windows. We had Window World replace half the windows first and later called them for the others when we were ready. Now 5-10 years later, we needed help with screen replacements and they were here again to help. I've worked with Indianapolis and Muncie locations; both are friendly helpful and will provide continuity of care for your windows. They also replace doors, garage doors and many other services I read on their website. Window World was a great experience for us and we would use them again!

Window World Muncie was very easy to work with! Trent never pushed us the couple of times he was out and was always available if we had questions, and the installer (Randy, I believe) was awesome. He came at the time he said he would (earlier rather than later) and got right to work. I'm not sure he even took a break the two days he was here, from 9 am to at least 4 pm. He was efficient, quiet, never made me feel uncomfortable, completely cleaned up after his work was done, and answered my questions when I had them. He even stayed over the second day past the time he should have stopped to make sure everything was done. We did, however, find that one window was missed with some caulking, but my husband called and they will be sending someone out right away to finish it. We are very pleased
