Very quick to meet and get measurements and get back to you with an estimate on our remodel. Also the lead time was a lot shorter than other places for the custom windows that our house had. Very nice, respectful and fast workers. Will definitely use again when we build our forever home!

The sales person, Zach Light, was very knowledgeable concerning the product and helpful in guiding me with ideas and suggestions that would fit my budget. He was very professional and did not rush, even though it was getting late in the day on a Friday! I have always had excellent service with WW!

The most amazing experience with Window World- an extremely fast turnaround and the best overall experience with our salesman, Joey! The communication was wonderful as we were kept up-to-date on our order and installation progress. I am so thankful for the experience we had and will do business again in the future while also recommending them to others in the meantime.

Do not call the big box stores. These folks understand the products they sell. The sales team I worked with (Joey and Jennifer) did a fantastic job of helping me select the right product for my home, they communicated clearly and got it right the first time. The install team was awesome. They left everything cleaner than they found it. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

Very pleased with the quality of the window installation, but very unhappy with the length of time it took to get the windows installed. I ordered them in June 2023 and installation wasn’t until November 2023. I still haven’t received a patio sliding door that was ordered in June 2023. They also installed the wrong size window shutters on one window that still has not been corrected. If you need a timely window replacement supplier, I do not recommend Window World in Tupelo.
