We had three windows that had broken parts. The repairers, Ted and James, were on time and worked efficiently. The windows worked smoothly when they were done 25 minutes later. They were courteous and friendly. We are thankful and happy that Window World is following through on their lifetime guarantee. We had windows put in last spring. There not as good as I hoped. We have a draft around them, always a chill in the house. Don't know if they put insulation or not. BRRR Didn't have that with my old windows, I wish I had my old windows. They replaced 6 windows.😒😠
