Don't order from them. Their "computer" split our order into two separate designs patterns. No way for customer to understand internal coding that made the 1/2 the order different. We held back 28k out a 160k order and they said they would remedy it if we released another 14k. Their remedy was handsaws and a few pieces double sided tape to change the grid pattern on the windows and doors they improperly ordered. NOW they won't honor their service agreement. Real five star service here. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.

Gary Acord was amazing! From the second we spoke to him about the issue we were having, he committed to not stopping until we were completely satisfied! And he kept his word! He thought outside of the box to find the best solution and didn’t stop till we were happy. You can tell that Gary likes what he does and is committed to outstanding customer service. Thank you Gary!
