Rude obnoxious inhumane . Even if you have an emergency at home with no heat or hot water do not rely on this company they will simply refuse to help if you are not contracted with them even though they advertise 24help . They are simply careless and useless

Finished the annual tune-up service today. This year We got Rob to help us to check everything and replace the oil filter job et ac. He is a very detailed person and He did a great great job. Thank you so much!

I have been a Windsor customer for a number of years without any problems. However, a few weeks ago an issue arose over a repair/billing matter. I spoke with a manager, Mark, who quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. Very pleased with the outcome & the customer service.

They actually offer bioheat fuel which is a much cleaner source of fuel and environmentally friendly. You can even get a NYS tax credit if you use it.
