4 of 7 Revive doublehung windows are riddled with staple holes that were just painted over. Also have another with sash damage that was also just painted over. All 7 show daylight where sill seal meets verticle seal. Not the quality that we paid for but feeling generous so 2 stars. I'll add a few of the many pics. Dropping my generous review down to 1 star and I have reason for it. On all 7 of the Revive windows the aluminum exterior cladding is brad nailed onto windows from the exterior side. This creates 2 issues. 1st..these brads not only can but WILL rust as they are exposed to the elements. 2nd..you CANNOT use steel nail on aluminum trim. Galvanic corrosion will occur (When dissimilar metals like steel and aluminum are in contact, especially when moisture is present, a corrosive react

In 2019 we put an addition on our home, it required 11 windows to be installed. In 2025 the windows began leaking water and the frame around the windows were swelling from water damage. I contacted the contractor/installer and got no results. The store that they were purchased through had since closed their business. I then contacted Windsor Windows on my own and requested a representative be sent out to take a look at the windows. They sent out a representative by the name of Don. Don was wonderful to work with, he was polite and very informative as to the process that is required, he then advised me that the next step would be for Windsor Windows to send an inspector out to look at the windows. The Inspector was named Mike, again he was great to work with, very thorough and did a complet

We purchased doors a& windows summer 2021 from Windsor Windows. They arrived February 2022, every single door and window had an issue. Door bowed, 2 windows bowed, missing 4 windows, screens missing, then the cosmetic issues ( caulking on windows, joints missing caulking , paint missing on windows) . January mike rollier from master grain came out, received email from the company that sells the windows. Mike solution for the bowed door - “ wait a year” he visited our property 11 months and 3 days from the door arriving. Is 3 weeks going to make a difference to the bowed door . No mention on solution for the bowed windows, Mike wanted us to submit a quote for caulking removal. We spent over a hundred thousand on these low quality windows. Try calling the company, not one person will call

Two winters in a row, wet and frozen windows in a brand new home. I’ve owned many homes, two of them being brand new, and this is my first and last experience with Windsor. I feel like I was completely laughed at when I inquired about this. One of my windows cracked and had to be replaced. Thankfully the local vendor took care of it. Now again, ice on the windows. The humidity is at 23% in the house to attempt to help with this, however we are still having the issue. I’ve now talked to multiple neighbors and they are not having this issue and do not have Windsor Windows. The windows only ice where they move, so it appears the seals are poor. Very frustrating but looks like we’ll be working to find a solution that does not involve the extremely poor support at Windsor . I called and

I moved into my new home on 8/1/24 and from the moment I moved in, the window and door in my office would make a disturbing clicking noise when the sun would shine on them and continue throughout the day until the sun went down. The noise occurred approximately every 5-10 seconds. I mostly dealt with the company/distributor that sold us the windows and doors and they were extremely responsive and continually tried to remedy the situation. It took 10 months and many visits to my house before they figured out what to do. Windsor on the other hand showed up once and were not nearly as helpful. I live in a 8000 square foot house and spent a great deal of money on my windows and doors. This problem should've been addressed way more professionally. As I write this review from my office my d
