Septic tank pump went out. Everything stops here when that happens. Called WCS 9:30am. First crew showed up in 10 minutes (were just around the corner) assessed issue, ordered part, returned at 1:30 exactly as they said and pump was operational before 3pm. These guys ROCK! JT, L & F. Can't recommend enough.

I work for a large company, more than 300 employees, running 24/7. Our main sewer line broke and we needed portable toilets fast or we would have to shut down our operation. I called WCS and explained the situation to Janet. She was very helpful and sent two portable toilet trailers over immediately. WCS really came to the rescue, they were very professional, helpful and I highly recommend them.

I scheduled a service and clearly explained that I was dealing with odors coming from my shower drain and asked specifically about checking the vent. Instead, the technician arrived early, left before I could meet him, and performed work I never requested (cleaning the grinder pump) based on a vague note. No one contacted me before or during the visit, and the issue I originally reported was not addressed. Afterward, I was told to hire someone else to check the roof vent, something they could have advised upfront and saved me time and money. Now I’m being charged $337 for a service I didn’t ask for, and my problem is still unresolved. Very disappointing experience.
