I called the company and had a knowledgeable technician in about an hour. I want to thank Jason Paul and Curtis for helping me get my issues fixed. They went above and beyond to get my issues resolved. Good guys.

Trades person came within the service window. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the septic system and the work they completed. They were recommended by our plumber. I will be using them again if I need them in the future.

Your driver with the thick glasses driving truck number 79, ohio plate pit 7226 needs to lose his license. You should probably be more careful who's driving the cars with your name all over them and how offensive they are on the road and how dangerous they are to the communities you supposedly serve.

No idea about the quality of work. But the quality of drivers they have is horrible. Watch out for this driver. He likes to drive in the middle lane and then at the last second cut traffic off to get off 75 at Union center.

We just purchased a new home. Our system backed up immediately into our basement creating a stressful disaster! Our home warranty and the company that they sent out failed to resolve the problem. I called Winelco and they were completely sympathetic to my situation. They worked hard to move things around to get someone out that same day to help us. They fixed the problem and the rep even educated me on the type of septic system we had since it was all new to me. The cost was reasonable as well. He even helped trouble shoot another problem that was under warranty and gave part and cost information. I would definitely use this company again if I have any issues.
