I was sent here by Lowe's for a faucet component they don't sell. The employee made a herculean effort to find me the part, even calling another local company. While ultimately I am having to go straight to the manufacturer, I was blown away by the most excellent customer service I've experienced in ages. This will be our first stop from now on!

After hours scouring the disorganized and ill-supplied area Lowe's and Home Depot fittings sections, I finally found this place, and within seconds of walking in had the Holy Grail part in hand. You know, that one missing part that's holding the whole project up. The store was well stocked, well staffed, and impeccably clean and organized. For the next project, I'm starting here.

The guys here are FABULOUS!!! I can’t even express my gratitude n appreciation for the MANY times they’ve listened to me confused about what I’m doing at my new job but they are ALWAYS eager to help me however they can … I’m not EVEN kidding! They’re friendly, encouraging n always trying to help the customer… I even got a free tshirt! THANK ALL OF U FOR YOUR KINDNESS n ALL YOUR EFFORT in helping me succeed at what I’m doing!

In my opinion the best place to buy plumbing supplies with better than reasonable prices compared to their much larger competitors.

Clean bathrooms, bright colors, readily accessible parts and organized, Helpful and handsome employees. Convenient location, will come again forever.
