Highly recommend this place. I took a picture of the toilet handle that broke. The young man behind the counter didn't need it. He knew exactly why it broke and showed me on a showroom model toilet how to replace the handle and red rubber ring. Super helpful. Don't waste a trip to Home Depot.

I'm thoroughly impressed by the service this place offers, not to mention the showroom has so many options. I have never understood why someone would want Kohler sink until I saw it in the showroom. It's just such a stunning sink in comparison to what is sold at HD or Lowes. Also the plumbing materials I needed for my project were half the cost of the big box stores.

I have always received the most gracious of service in the past. My most recent visit showed that has changed. There is a newer counter person who made it his task to prejudge and dismiss me without even asking what my full order was going to be. This individual sits on the right of the service counter as you enter the door. I was shocked at his representation of Morgan Brothers. I am more shocked that Morgan Brothers would allow someone such as this to represent their business. The one good thing is that there are other suppliers in the area who have wanted my business in the past, now they will get it.

The service and products are great. They are so helpful, friendly and efficient. I can't thank them enough for all their help.
