Never an issue when I go in here. Whether I walk in personally or have my supplies dropped off, it’s always the same result in regard to efficiency and experience.

Terrible tradesmen customer service. Claimed to not warranty parts for Navien combination boiler, even though they are a Navien distributor. Instead of listening to me , they couldn’t get the words out fast enough- “ did you buy your Navien from us? “. Proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t warranty any parts because boiler was not purchased at his store. I had to call Navien customer service representative to get this person to do his job. Too bad management doesn’t take time to listen. If I treated my customers like I was treated today I would be out of business.
