Walked in looking for a 20 year old shower cartridge replacement. They had one in stock for $40. Clerk could of just closed the deal nd Id be on my way. Instead, he volunteered that the manufacturer would send the replacement part at no cost by contacting them by phone. My part was ordered and is on its way. Their staff puts customers first before profit. I will be getting my plumbing supplies with them and recommnd them to my friends as well.
