Literally these guys are the best thing smoking went in the other day to dump my 16 foot trailer and 8 foot pickup up to my F250 both of them filled over the top with tree branches from a tree removal job me and my guys did, the price for the load was unbelievable and the customer service by The lady at the front desk was awesome. These guys are literally the best in town. They will have nothing but my full support and business as long as I own a landscaping company I can promise you that. (Days cove Road location)

While the customer service desk was friendly they were full of lies, I had two different stones delivered and wanted them on a truck a specific way, was told no problem. Delivery day the guy was super rude when he called and then wasn't willing to help dump the stone near the project and loaded opposite of what I asked. Also my river rock was literally 1 ton of dirt and 1 ton of rock. It was a mess. See attached photos. The rocks were so brown and tripled my work outside. Never again wouldn't recommend. Thankfully my street is under construction and they helped push the stone over for me. Otherwise I would still be shoveling.

The product was mostly fine, but they have a warped idea of what a deposit is. When they don't tell you the policy or that there even is a deposit in advance, then charge you $27 for a pallet, that's one thing. When you bring it back and they only give you $15 back, that's another. That's not what any normal person would call a deposit, it's a $12 fee and $15 deposit and they should roll the $12 into their product price or at least be clear about their bogus policy. Instead, they lost a client for good today over $12.

I have shopped here for years and have never had any negative contact. I have worked in numerous counties and visited various yards, but found that Wirtz has great selection, knowledge, and prices. Their yardmen are quick and helpful and customer service is outstanding. Another huge positive is that they always have large quantities of product on hand, have weekend hours, and delivery charges are very fair. You guys are great and I love working with you. Keep up the great work.
