The first time I dealt with them was great but this second time, it pains me to say it was not a good experience. I called because my breaker kept tripping, & was not told beforehand that there would be a fee and since there wasn’t one last time I couldn’t believe I wasn’t told before hand how much it would or that there is one in the first place. Last time George the owner came, gave an estimate and we were only charged for work performed. We thought we’d have him again, get a quote and set something up just like last time. But instead we got two different guys that could not give me any idea on an estimate and told me that George would have to come another day for an estimate. I had contacted this company to install a whole house generator. The install was scheduled for Feb 15th and I was advised that it takes 2 days for the complete install. I am writing this review on March the 5th and as of today I still do not have a generator installed. I have spoken to the owner of the company personally and he said he would be at my house and never called or showed up when he was scheduled to come. I even took off work to make sure I was there to meet him. This is the worst dealings I have ever had with any company. THIS IS MY WARNING TO ANYONE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. READ the reviews!!! These people are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL... They will price gouge you after the fact with fees that were never discussed a head of time. They were insulting and disrespectful when asked about the fees that were not disclosed a head of time and then followed up with threats to put a lien on the property. RUN AWAY!!!!

Do not call Wisco electric. They overcharged by sending two men to do a one man job, they only fixed half of my problem (repairing a three way switch circuit), and got no satisfaction from the office manager Beth or the owner when we complained. I could go into greater detail, but if you want to pay 170.00 for a guy to rewire a switch you should call wisco. A very bad experience, that the leadership of the company did not want to rectify.

Shane came. Out and got our electricity working. His workers came later that week and fixed our problem. All were very kind and helpful. Had very reasonable prices. I would call for their help any time I would need it. Thank you so much, Wisco💖💜
