If you are working with a builder that uses wisenbaker, run. Seriously. Read your contract and back out before it’s too late. What should have been a fun rewarding experience of building a new house just how we want has turned into such a nightmare. We wanted to upgrade our master shower so we picked out a nice simple tile and added a niche. We were given options of how to have the tile laid and picked a herringbone pattern (which also cost extra) and that was that. The tile was finished just before closing and it looked terrible. The master shower and tub both were awful and I was assured it would be redone and made right, and long story short different workers have been out 5+ times and they still can’t deliver the product they were happy to take our money for. Now we’re being told that

Wisenbaker is the installer for the cabinets and a bunch of other things for our new home purchased this past year through Coventry/dream finder homes. My experience with Wisenbaker builder services is highly unsatisfactory. The cabinetry provided after a warranty request was of very poor quality and did not meet reasonable standards of workmanship. The install process required more than 6 attempts and extended over a period of 5 months, which has caused significant delays and inconvenience. Communication is laughable I have an absentee rep from Wisenbaker (Kyle Wilson) and I received little to no proactive updates regarding progress or scheduling through my builder rep Brandon pope or Kyle Wilson the Wisenbaker hack. Furthermore, the level of customer service is inadequate, as my concern

I want to take the time to recognize Gil from Wisenbaker for the incredible work he did in my home. After a very frustrating experience with previous installers, I honestly felt defeated. The earlier crew left my cabinets damaged and looking worse than before, and I was worried that the issues would never be fixed properly. From the moment Gil arrived, everything changed. He listened carefully to my concerns, inspected all the problem areas, and reassured me that he would take care of it the right way. Gil went far above and beyond what I expected. He treated my home with respect, worked patiently, and paid attention to every detail. By the time he finished, my cabinets honestly looked brand new. You would never know they had been scratched, chipped, and poorly handled before. It was such

They do work for builders like taylor morrison. If you see weisenbaker as builder services in dfw area you need to run away from builder. You better ask with builder do they use wisenbaker, if so you should immediately back out. They did install our bathrooms now grouts on these bathrooms have multiple pores. While we rised this issue with builder they fixed only one bathroom. Is not it’s surprising to see for same problem they would fix only one bathroom and they would not fix other bathrooms. The guy who came to fix he was complaining about being paid only 35$ so authorized to fix only one shower. They would not take responsibility for their own craftsmanship. We will wait untill 10months probably take legal action whoever is responsible for such work need to take responsibility. The g

Wow. Just wow. They installed the Revwood in our new build. BIG MISTAKE. Poor installation left a few areas either lifting or damaged. We use a slightly damp mop with a few drops of dish detergent to wash the floors. They won’t cover their shoddy workmanship because they said it was from “water damage” because we “mop” our floors. Mind you, this issue was identified when we moved in. Not a year later! What a poor excuse to get out of covering under warranty for shoddy workmanship! Attached is a phot for example. What’s funny is that Mohawk Flooring warranty actually states you can damp mop, just not wet mop. Also, everything I’ve read says Mohawk flooring does NOT recommend Bona products on their Revwood flooring, but that is EXACTLY what they told us we had to use when they came
