I called several days ago needing repair of hot water heater and never received a call back. I left message that i am working through our home warranty program. I feel like he should have, at least, called me back if he could not or did not want the job. Now I would not ever use them, nor refer them to anyone else.
Evan was prompt and did a great job. We will definitely use their services again!
