WM - Batavia Transfer Station

Mostly the service for trash, recycling and yard waste is great. Occasionally there is a hiccup but after contacting WM online, the issue is resolved. I do not have the choice of what company services my residence for waste pickup. The city makes that decision. I guess the powers that be are making the best decision for the residents. Keeps pickup days the same for all residents of the city.

Customer Service has greatly improved. The rep I talked with last was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like she was reading from a script. She answered my questions and gave me recommendations to meet my needs. Very pleasant experience. The techs that come weekly have always been courteous and helpful.

I never got service from them at all but they keep emailing me and I don’t live in that state so they get 1 star due to not contacting the correct person. Step up your game and get your info correct

If I had a choice who could pick up my trash it wouldn't be these people! Between showing up at 5 o'clock in the morning waking me up every trash day and then actually the audacity to complain about some random weird piece of trash in my recycle bin ... Not impressed! And gosh it shouldn't be so hard to properly dispose of my used motor oil!

This WM company has repeatedly confused our address with others and failed to collect our trash as scheduled, resulting in our bins being left full. The driver very unprofessional.
