We have been serviced by WM for a long time and never a problem at all. They are great. The truck drivers have all been nice and wave to me. Sometimes, on a windy day, some papers will blow off the truck ant I have seen the drivers get out and pick them up. Really impressed with them.

The only issue I see with this company is they charge you on days that you don't even put trash out. Thirty four dollars is definitely a fair amount of money to have. Three different cans of waste picked up a month. I probably only put my trash out once a month as it just doesn't accumulate like most houses. I think these guys are all great.They have a great team. They're all very caring and do a great job. I always wave. Hello, to the men driving the trucks. When I see them, I think it's a courageous career for sure. I I'm sure there is a lot of hazard and risk with a job like this. But they do it with a smile every day. I'd like to assume the people in the back office of this company are equally amazing. It only took them 3 week, 7 calls to FINALLY pick up a large item that is a service with the City of Oceanside. Different stories everytime I called. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they eventually did pick it up. The City of Oceanside should cancel that contract and instead provide a landfill consumers can use, and not depend on this company.

WM has been great since we moved to Oceanside last year. Their large item Policy is great, you get 5 large items picked up free per year from your curb!
