WMATA - Anacostia - Reserved Parking

This is on the back side of the metro. It has access to the station. Fairly well lit. Has parking meter via website or daily metro rate. A few turns off i-295 that can be missed if you don't pay attention.

Used to park and ride here every day for class. Never had an issue. Once someone got shot at this stop I stopped riding and parking here. I travel the extra 5-7 minutes to Huntington and park and ride there. Safer and better area. A little further and more expensive to park but peace of mind and safety is key. DC needs to have better security and protection at the metro. It’s a shame.

Well lit parking garage with ample parking spaces and convenient entry to metro. Topside, it isn't next to the main metro entrance you see from the street side. However, there is an entry at one of the ends of the parking facility. Also a less crowded option for kiss and go drop off. If you're inside and wondering which way to go for parking, there are arrows at the ends of the signs against the wall.

The Free bus rides while the stations are closed are excellent. Nice big comfortable motor coach from Yankee. So .much better than ridding the train.

Fantastic and safe place to park your vehicle and attend a Washington Nationals game at Nationals Park. Just one Metro stop away.
