Reposted, I went to the on McLoughlin. Please be carful using them. I got scammed for 8k via a email thread through them. It has been reported to police and FBI. They are aware and they could file this under there insurance so i could be made hole again. They wont do that until I prove it was on there end, so to get anything back i have already had to hire a security person and looks like i may need a lawyer. As a partner in a constriction company I know there customer service is not high quality. Sometimes we fix mistakes that are not directly my companies fault. I knew going in there customer service on fixing any cabinet's would be questionable to say the least as I have heard from a contactor and a homeowner who uses/used them they are hard to get to come back to fix any mistakes in

You be the judge of this! We purchased Quartzite and built our super size island (7.5 x 3.5 ft) with almost just one piece of stone. It costs around $5500 Dec 2021. Delivered was made by their fabricator in the rainy day of Jan 2022. Fabricator forgot to drill outlet holes. Delivery workers wiped down the counter and put on sealant for us, told us to seal every 6 mos. It took 5 strong men to put on our counter so fabricator ordered hand tools to come drill outlet holes at our house. After 2 months it was done, 2 holes drilled with water. There were some moisture stains (as a result of water used to cut stones ) around counter and we were told they will disappeared. Some disappeared but (we snow bird in winter so seldom at home to cook or use the counter), stains remain and started to expan

Wonderful experience. Ann worked with me on the kitchen design. She is very professional and knowledgeable, great communication. Very fast schedule and all cabinets were delivered on time. They quickly answered my questions during installation. I appreciate the support.

I spent over $10,000 with Wong's and there were some parts missing from the delivery. When I asked for them I was told I need to pay again but I would get a discount. After debating with them I decided I needed the parts, so I paid for it and asked what the discount was. They gave me $2 off. Mistakes were made by Wongs and resolution was never found, they are not great with customer service.
