If I could leave 6 stars I would, Thomas and his crew were some of the nicest, most understanding guys I've ever dealt with. I had an emergency when a pipe busted inside my grinder tank, a third party no-showed on me, and another company came out and charged $90 to tell me they couldn't help me at all. I called Wood Septic and Alexa directed me to Thomas, who offered to come take a look free of charge. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule the very next day and showed on time. He didn't hesitate to pump the tank and jump right in and help fix the issue same day, while walking me through every step of the way. In the end, even after the repair was more complicated than we initially thought, all together they charged me half of what another company quoted me to just pump the basi

Thomas Wood, was Very knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions. He located my septic tank using a sensor system we flushed down the toilet. It was amazing! They serviced and update my system. I highly recommend their company!

I was in a serious jam because another septic company bailed on me on the last minute. They came out on a Friday to look at the system and then came back the very next day to fix it so we could close on Wednesday. Alexa was amazing, kept me up to date and professional. If it wasn't for Woods I would have had to wait another week fory closing and possibly losing the deal. They were also very fair on the price. They were a third the price of Millers. Highly recommended.

We needed an emergency pump because of some plumbing work we were having done and they came out same day and did such a great job. Very reasonably priced compared to most in the area. We are replacing our distribution box and they’re coming out in 2 days to complete that work. Very knowledgeable. Our new septic company! Very pleased so far!
