Vlad was very professional. Set up his woodworking shop in our driveway and did impeccable and quality work! He's a craftsman in every way. Our old Marvin casement windows work perfectly and look great again...and we saved several thousand dollars.

I really do not like leaving negative reviews for any company, which is why I tried to give this company the opportunity to fix the glaring problems with their work and service. After a week with no response, I feel like I have to leave this review because I wish I saw it before attempting to work with them. The technician, Vlad, that came to our home was pleasant although he didn't speak much English so communication wasn't especially clear. This was no problem and he set up in our backyard on our picnic table to work. A while later, the technician told me that he had broken the glass while attempting to fit it or insert it (not sure when in the process) and that he didn't have another piece of glass with him so he could not finish the job that day. Vlad inspected all of our windows, determined which windows needed to be repaired, ones that needed adjustments & which needed mechanism repairs for a total of 27 windows. The skills he has are amazing, a true craftsman. You can't tell where the wood was replaced on the windows and all the windows are in excellent working condition again. Clear communication, tech arrived on time and Vlad did a great job. He is a quality craftsman at a reasonable price, he replaced couple of window glasses, some trims and sills. Plus, he also painted and sealed the windows, they look as good as new.
