Woodard Cooling & Heating

Called and emailed several times over two months to get a condenser moved and then to get a quote on a $15,000 install. Could never get anyone to call me back other than the nice lady who answers the phone. Had a good experience on an a/c install in 2019. Ended up using another company and won't bother with Woodard again.

Gary did an excellent job solving our problem and then servicing our AC unit. He gave a thorough explanation of the repair and what we can do to prevent it in the future. Knowledgeable and courteous. A++.

Cody was the technician who repaired my furnace he explained what parts were needed what had to be ordered and when parts would arrive, gave me estimate of cost. This was the first time contacting service repair since my husband died. I am very pleased with service provided. Woodard will be who I call for any cooling and heating issues. We had an appointment scheduled and I was told to expect a technician between 8-12. I was not told to expect a phone call before they arrived so I had my ringer off because I had been battling some sickness, but it is my girlfriend's house and she was up and looking out the first floor windows for them. I awoke to two missed calls and so I hurriedly called back and was told they had moved on and could reschedule for next week. So I was left scrambling for someone who could address my issue for the gathering of 60 people at our house this weekend. It didn't matter that when I had initially called for an appointment I was promised a call back within the hour, then Thanksgiving happened and I contracted a sickness so I finally called them back a week later to schedule the appointment.
