Woodbridge Builders/ WB Design-Build

15 yrs ago Woodbridge Builders rebuilt from scratch my very old porch and front portico to my specifications. They listened when I had any concerns and the work was well done. I've been enjoying my gorgeous porch with the white round columns and cedar flooring ever since. Always feel like I'm on vacation when I'm on my southern looking porch. Then in May 2022 decided to shop around to do siding. We got four estimates to be safe. Our estimate was with Bill. He explained things very clearly and listened to our concerns because our house is 100yo & wanted to maintain original look of the windows. Once again we chose WB, not just because we had history but because they offered the best quality product for comparable prices. Because of supply chain issues we waited 4mons for work to start. The

Nice guys, but sadly their communication skills are horrible. Cabinet door we infrequently use is hanging off (and w/ how much $$$ our lil kitchen was, we are sure to be cautious). It’s been almost 2.5 yrs since completion and we STILL can’t get them to finish replacing the multiple lower cabinets that were severely scratched upon installation.

I cant say enough good things about Woodbridge Builders. It’s not only the work that a company does that matters. It is how they can relate to the client and their ideas and concerns. Manny at Woodbridge was very easy to work with and considered my thoughts too. He drew up a beautiful kitchen plan for me. My room needed to be gutted since the whole set up of the kitchen was going to be changed and we needed new insulation, etc. It has made a big difference in the hot weather. Don, the project manager, was great to work with and also had some very good ideas. He kept the project moving along. You will get a realistic time line that they will stick to. The workers each had their specialty. There was one crew who did just wood working, another for tile, etc. I felt as if we were g
