Our dishwasher stopped working and I called last week to see if Woods Appliance Service could help out. They said they’d pass it along and have one of the technicians call me. I never got a call but gave them another shot the week after and it was the same story. No follow up or any calls back to me. I ended up calling Sears and they sent someone to fix it the very next day. I wanted to support a local business but can’t when they don’t follow up with their customers. Pretty disappointed :(

Doug has always been prompt in response to my requests and also very accommodating when we need repairs. They are my "go-to" for all things appliance repair. We are repeat customers and greatly appreciate Wood's Appliance!

Tried to support local small business, I was told they’d give me a call a little later (same day), didn’t get a call back. I called back the next day and the girl was extremely rude. Big mistake calling these people. Call sears and save yourself some trouble.

The absolute worst customer service! I called for service because my freezer was leaking water onto the floor. The first time I called I had to “leave a detailed” message. No return call. We called the next day and spoke to someone (female office employee?) who said she would pass along the info. “To the guys.” And they would come to fix it “when they were out our way.” No detail on when that would be. I called the next day and spoke to Doug. He wanted details of the fridge and then said he would be out the next day (Friday) and if he didn’t get to it, he would call and make an appointment to come on Monday. Well, for certain he didn’t make it the next day and no call for a Monday appointment. We called Monday amd same ole story…we will be there on Wednesday. NO SHOW!!!! If you don’t ne

Diagnosed and got the correct part over the phone for an oven partially heating up. Repaired it in 30 minutes by replacing a temp sensor. Price was less than competition due to not requiring a diagnosis fee. Was able to pay after completion with CC through an email link.
