He went above and beyond our expectations, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and making sure we felt informed throughout the process. Nate Noyce came for our 6 month service on our heat pump. He was very Professional, Courteous and easy to talk to. We had an excellent experience with Woolridge Heating, Air, & Electrical& Plumbing and their on-call technician. Our call was answered after 8 PM on a Friday night, which alone was impressive. They had someone out the very next morning by 9:30 AM, and the issue with our unit was diagnosed quickly and clearly explained. The repair was reasonable, efficient, and completed before 11 AM — especially appreciated with single-digit temperatures in the forecast. A huge thank-you to Brent Thacker, our HVAC tech, for being professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate the quick response and great service. Highly recommend!

Grant was great! We had a tune-up on our system. He explained and went through everything done. Explaining in details with pictures, before and after. He was very business professional with his job. We are very happy!

I loved the fact that both Matt and his coworker came to the door to introduce themselves, briefed me on what they would be doing to install the generator and asked if I had questions. Matt and his coworker were excellent in communication, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. Both were very hard working and they answered all my questions even about the electric company and county inspector. I highly recommend both to anyone looking for a generator install. I wish I could remember the coworkers name.
