Work Ramp - 5th Ave Parking Ramp- Interstate Parking

Absolutely horrible. Arrived at 11:30 for a noon Vikings game. Found out when we were half way up the ramp (which took forever), from cars going the opposite way that everything was full. And that's another problem, the driving lanes are all two way traffic despite being way too narrow for that, especially being they allow big trucks in. A ton of congestion because of the terrible design. They overbooked the ramp. Substantially. They (the staff) were trying to shoehorn cars into non-parking spots, loudly swearing at their frustrations with the control arms, and were eventually completely out of room, despite a huge line of cars that already paid. Got here for a concert and there was a line of 5+ cars stuck because the ticket machine was broken. Maintenance ended up lifting the gate and letting us park anyways and said we could pay when we left. But you can’t get back into the parking garage without a ticket so we couldn’t even get back to our car. And then couldn’t leave or pay without a ticket either. Never coming back

Been here 45 minutes and haven't moved an inch . Worst parking ever . Don't use

Total scam. Paid for premium parking spot, then they gave me a citation for parking in the premium spots. I have parked there before per the attendants instructions, so IDK what their problem is. Customer service was unwilling to resolve it. Took over an hour to even move an inch when leaving a concert the time before that.

Sitting in ramp 1/2 hour after Metallica concert and nobody has moved. It's going to be at least 45 minutes to exit. outdated system
