From our first meeting through our final walk-through at the end of the porch restoration project, everyone from WORKS is professional and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help me understand every step in the process. The workspace inside and out is always well organized during the workday and is cleaned up and secured at the end of each day. My family and I always feel safe and confident having the crew from WORKS by Jesse DeBenedictis, LLC at our home. We have used Jesse and his crew of professionals a few times and have recommended them to all of our friends.

I have used WORKS on three different projects in our home, spanning several years. I keep going back to them, which is evidence of how I hold them in regard. They do good work. They are attentive to the project. The employees are all polite and respectful. They focus on their work. Almost every day a supervisor-type shows up to check on everything. In our latest work with them, one of the subcontractors messed up big time. WORKS completely understood the mess-up, was on our side, and made sure the re-do was done quickly and no cost to us.
