I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tony and his crew! We re-did our pool in 2021 with another company who took shortcuts and the result was a pool where tiles were popping off left and right. We hired Tony to completely re-tile our pool and we're confident we're in good, capable hands this time! As an installer, Tony took great care to look at our selected tile specs to make sure they were a good fit and sturdy material. His team was lovely-- the nicest guys, hard workers-- arriving early and fully tidying up every day before leaving. I highly recommend Tony and the World Pools team for your pool renovation!

Tony and his crew at World Pools did a fantastic job repairing our spa and re-tiling our entire pool. And... his pricing was far less than the quote we got from a larger pool company. As with any older pool, small issues surfaced a few others; however, Tony took it in stride and put together some great solutions that made our sad looking pool into a beautiful one. Tony is professional and knowledgeable - taking pride in his work and in providing excellent customer service. He kept all of his promises, quickly addressed any questions and showed up on time. Since the job was completed, we've had so many compliments on our pool and are looking forward to a summer of fun with our grandchildren. Thank you Tony!

Tony and his team built my pool. Tony is very responsive and very professional. He was very attentive right from the beginning and very upfront with everything. I am very happy with the result and I would recommend him over any other pool building company. They finished an infinity pool in 4 months, other companies would had taken 6 to 8 months. World Pools came through big time for us. We recently bought a new home in the Fletcher Hills (El Cajon) area, and during the disclosures it came up that there was likely a leak when the spa was in use. While we were still in escrow, I called Tony at World Pools to do an inspection and he was able to come out on very short notice. His communication was prompt and professional, and he clearly explained what was going on and what it would take (including a straightforward estimate) to fix it. After we closed, we moved forward with the repair. Tony’s crew showed up, got it done within a few hours, and were professional from start to finish. This company came to replace the flagstone around my pool but in the process damaged the pool plaster with debris which has settled into the plaster and severly stained it. I have called them repeatedly and they have ignored my phone calls to rectify the damage they did. I would not recomend this company. They ripped me off.
