I don't often write reviews, but Steve, who came out to do my estimate was great. In fact, we didn't hire them, because we no longer need the service. However, if we were still hiring, I would have definitely hired them based on Steve's honesty alone. I've had several waterproofers come out, and the amount of "sales" involved is pretty intense. Steve was honest about what did and did not need to be done. The price he gave me was also extremely competitive. He even offered me some very useful free advice. A very kind and honest person. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for this kind of service.

I would like to shout out George from worldwide waterproofing. He came out to inspect our basement where we had found water. Based he his expertise he told us that the water was coming from the hot water heater and not out sump pump which made sense. He saved us tons of money that other companies was trying to charge us an arm and leg for. He was not trying to ripe us off he was very knowledgeable and to the point he to his time explaining why it was not ground water and more so coming from the hot water heater. And let me remind you to estimate was free! So he did have to do what he did he could have told us what the other companies was trying to tell us and took our money. Thank you George for being honest and not trying to ripe me off. Great company would recommend 100%.

Worldwide did a great job with our basement and foundation waterproofing. They were quick to respond to my initial call and have someone out to estimate my job. They did an dig on the outside and my yard was returned in better condition then it started. They also put a trench inside my finished basement. They did have to remove a little drywall but each company that came out explained they would have to do that so I was okay with it. They did a nice job with the cutting of it and offered me a contractor that they use regularly to put it back. I was pleased all the way around. Thumbs Up!!

They are amazingly responsive, fairly priced, and have outshone every other waterproofing company we have used in the past. Worldwide, and specifically, George, is one of the most honest companies I've worked with (and believe me, after an unexpected issue in our new home, I've quickly learned not all contractors or honest or interested in helping get to the root cause of the issue!) We didn't end up hiring Worldwide, BUT only because our issue ended up being best addressed by a construction company and not a waterproofing company. Should we need services Worldwide provides in the future, we wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire them. As new homeowners of a condo in an old building, we were scared to find water intrusion in the back area of our home.
