I am writing to formally complain about my recent cabinet purchase and the very poor experience I have had. At the time of ordering, your store had a large sign advertising 7-day delivery, and the store associate guaranteed 7-day delivery before I placed the order and completed full payment. However, after payment was completed, I was informed that the delivery date would be after 3 weeks, which was extremely upsetting. Based on the promised delivery date, I had already booked and scheduled my cabinet installer. Due to the unexpected delay, my installation had to be postponed, and I had to pay additional money to rebook my installer, causing unnecessary financial loss and disruption to my project.
