I wish I could give zero stars. Our experience with Wren Kitchen inside the Patchogue Home Depot has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, the sales representative, David, proved to be completely unprofessional and unqualified for his role. Every single time we asked a question—no matter how simple—he either “didn’t know,” “would have to check,” or just avoided answering altogether. There was never any clear communication, no follow-through, and no real guidance throughout the process. On top of that, David has the audacity to hand out business cards with the manager’s name and phone number that don’t even work. This is completely misleading and shows a total lack of integrity from both him and the company. Instead of helping resolve issues, it only created more frus
