WT Bowling Appliance

Came out last minute midweekday. The 88 year old man who came out just unplugged the drain to our UNdrained wash machine and flooded our laundry room. Didn't help he had muddy boots and didn't say anything or even sorry, he asked for a bucket of water after he drained the washer on the floor, but promply put it aside. He insisted on moving the wash machine by himself and I witnessed him almost tripped twice. He seemed to know his stuff (for old washers) and charged $80 for a 30-ish minute assessment. He didn't seem all there and if he did fall it could've been a huge liability. Gave him 2 stars instead of one since he still has to work at 88. AVOID!!!

Mr. Bowling & his work assistant Kevis sure know their stuff. With a few questions over the phone he was able to diagnose my washer & fixed the issue no problem. My washing machine is a needed thing in my house. I was very pleased with their work & how quickly they took care of everything. I highly recommend Mr. Bowling & Kevis

A used part was used for my dryer and it quit again in 2 days. The repairman had trouble removing the back of the dryer and cussed severely the entire time. I will not ever use this service again.

Mr Bowling came right out and got my AC going and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing

It was not there! The directions took me to a vacant lot!
