Selection of what was available was good. Pricing wasn't too bad. Installation was absolutely terrible! They used some of my personal tools and broom for their work and cleanup. They broke a light and left the shattered glass all over without saying anything. They went to repair it but still left the mess. Part of the trim on my stairs was damaged. There were tack strips all over that weren't pulled down so there were nails sticking through the carpet. They left piles of trash in my basement and carpet wasn't cut on stairs in certain spots. They only worked a couple of hours a day. I was told they would be there at least until 3. They were gone before 2 every single time I got back to the house and the project took 4 days.
