This company is the best At&t retailer in the country. They help the community by saving people money on their existing tv bills. If you have the pleasure of meeting one of these amazing sales reps let them in and give them some water and some of your famous pot roast and mashed taters because your about to be best friends after they save you thousands of dollars.

I am elderly and this company took advantage of me. I have a signed contract for one price but direct TV and AT&T do not honor his pricing. It is a complete bait and switch. Sign a contract for 2 years thinking you will get the price on your contract and then come to find out it will cost you hundreds more. I am on a fixed income and being taken advantage of like this makes it hard to make ends meet. Don't let this happen to you run far away from this company!

Had their salesman Mike Taylor come by the house telling us about the good deal we would get by switching to direct tv. Before we decided to switch we wanted to make sure we we're going to get a certain channel we watch everyday & he promised that we would. So we switched & first thing we did was turned it to that channel & of course we did not have it. Called Mike & told him, he assured us that it would come in within 24 hours & if not that they would pay for us to have the channel since he promised we would have that channel. 24 hours later still nothing & Mike gave us the run around a little more before not responding at all. Terrible customer service. It's people & companies like this that make you trust no one.

The guy (mike) lied to me and my husband the second he walked into our house! He told us we would get a specific channel and we didn't! He told us when we called dish network we wouldn't have to pay a cancellation fee and we did! If these ppl come to your door just tell them to leave!! Never had so much trouble in my life trying to watch our fav sports team! In the end we still have the same company and the same bill! All it did for us was cause frustration and anger! Horrible horrible customer service!

I want my $1000 dollars you guys owe me you fake religious cooks. Karma is real. If you are a real company you will pay me what you owe me. How sick to use one of your workers tragedy to explain your delinquents. You guys, are what makes the world a drak place. Then to think you guys has one of your workers lie to me to tell me you guys are not a company no more, there is a special place for souls like you in the after life. Hide behind your wealth to cover up you demons.
