I have had excellent experiences working with Xtreme professionally and at home. Xtreme was contracted to perform all of the plumbing work as part of my lab renovation at the University of Illinois. My main point of contact was Jesse. Jesse and his team did some incredible work with high pressure gas plumbing / gas manifolds, among other things. Very responsive and professional. This was a *big* job, and the work was done rapidly and to the highest standard. More recently, when a pipe burst at my house, I remembered I had Jesse's number saved in my phone, and he got us squared away with an emergency plumber from Xtreme in minutes. I've interacted with this business a lot, and I would recommend them without reservation. Jesse is truly exceptional.

Our furnace pilot had been going out and would not stay lit so I put out a request for quotes via Google at night. Although I did receive the service charge quote from others, Scott Griffith of Xtreme Mechanical actually gave me the best idea of what I might expect to pay on an hourly basis (though I understand that quoting specifics of a job really have to be done in person and not over the phone). And he was the only one who committed to an early schedule while others could not because they had no access to their dispatch calendar at the time. I think that as service manager, this gave Scott an advantage to make that decision and I'm grateful he did so. Response time was fast. Willing to go out of the way to deliver product and accommodate our requests. We are very happy with their addition of a gas line to our pool heater. Thank you!
