XYZ Roofs recently completed for us shingle removal, roof decking, insulation, siding repair, and an excellent shingle job in a quick, professional, and communicative manner. Igor (owner/operator) fully informed me of the upcoming installation's quality with pictures. He guaranteed me that he would make sure the job was right, and I was fully satisfied before he left the job site. Amazingly, he also helped me through the roof inspection process and filing for wind and hail damage with our insurance company. The whole process was timely and pleasing in every way. I was referred to this company by a good friend who also used them and I so glad she did. I called Igor to get a roof estimate and he came that very day. The first question he had was what is your insurance like? I knew then I would enjoy him because lets be honest, roofs are expensive. I've been solicited by so many roofing companies, all started out with a hard sell. My first interaction with XYZ was completely different. They let me know they would be working on my neighbor's roof and if 8 had any problem with debris to give them a call. They were very nice and did a great job. I asked for an inspection and they were nice enough to accommodate my schedule since I had recently had surgery. They took care of everything and I'm super happy with the results. They've replaced several roofs in our neighborhood because their work speaks for itself. I was not compensated for this review, I'm just that happy at the service and professionalism replacing my roof.
