Albert and his crew have been performing maintenance for us ever since Yavapai installed our landscaping a year ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve been performing! They always arrive promptly on the day and time that we’ve arranged, which is greatly appreciated. Once on-site they are very diligent about completing their assigned tasks, and pay close attention to all of details pertaining to our landscaping. For example, last fall when the weather was getting cooler, Albert advised me when thought it would be best to shut down our sprinkling system for the year. Ater 37 years of our small backyard full of weeds, my husband was tired of weed eating it. After meeting with other companies, we chose Yavapai Landscaping for their vision of what we could have. After meeting with our Project Manager, Andrew Diaz, and Landscape Designer, Jorge Molina, we came up with a design incorporating artificial turf, pavers, decorative rock, flagstone and a shade sail. The job took several weeks due to supply issues ( not Yav. Landscaping's fault), and the shade sail coming from Italy, plus we added the flagstone, and they had to install drainage conduit unexpectedly. I rarely write a review. One in the last decade. I've hired many contractors. I've found nearly all the contractors are just not worth the time to write a review. But, Yavapai Landscaping is different. This is my first positive review in a decade! They were Lightning fast in their response to our call for brush, debris, logs, stump, thinning branch removal. What a difference one day can make! The crew was hard working, efficient, polite, listened to our needs, and did a great job!! So nice to know who to call in the future. After soliciting a few quotes, we had Yavapai Landscaping come by to give us a quote. The owner of the company and his highly technical assistant came by, listened to what we wanted, and while they were measuring the job, they gave us excellent suggestions. We decided to give them the job. The crew was polite, professional, and very skilled. Miguel, Alexander, Milton, and Alejandro did it all: they removed huge tree stumps, relocated irrigation and drain lines, corrected the slope away from the house, and laid the pavers. They arrived early every day, cleaned up at the end of every day, and finished the job within the estimated time frame. We are very pleased with our interactions with Yavapai Landscaping and the work they did at our house.

We valued their artistic vision of our home's outdoor space. They were very professional and listened to our ideas and then provided a selection of materials. We visited two homes that had beautifully constructed driveways, patios, and front entrances with an emphasis on safety which is important as we are nearing 80 yrs. old. Although in the end we decided to go with a different company we would still highly recommend Yavapai Landscaping.
