Yorgey's Fine Dry Cleaning

Run away as fast as you can! There is nothing “fine” about Yorgey’s. We stuck with them for almost a year hoping it would get better but this is the worst dry cleaning experience we have ever had. There didn’t seem to be any standard in the service we received because occasionally they were perfectly pressed, however, most of the time our clothes were rarely pressed well. I would take them out of the plastic covering and they would be bunched up so tight I had to re-iron all of them. I could have done a better job taking them out of the dryer. Sometimes I would drop off clothing and when I would go to pick them up they would only have part of the order in. I had a shirt with a hole in it after getting it back & the plant manager Kathy G. never returned my calls. They lost a shirt re-do and

I’m in Lancaster for work and haven’t had time to do my laundry. I sent some stuff off for valet dry cleaning through the hotel. My white under shirts were returned off white. They must have been washed with my black pants that were also sent for dry cleaning. $82.20 for piss poor dry cleaning. I would not recommend this place.

My four blazers were returned to me in plastic for which I was grateful. But when I took them out there was pet hair over all of them. We do not have indoor pets. I was very disappointed especially after paying almost $30 for dry cleaning. I will look elsewhere next time.

I usually go with the competition. Under $3 per piece and done in 24 hours. Yorgeys took 8 days to dryclean 3 items and charged me almost $30. No prices posted. That should have been the first red flag. Two stars since the cleaning itself seems good...but not compared to the time or cost. Never again.

Pretty good place... In and out. They have deliveries everyday at 3pm so if you are waiting for something, check after 3. Thankfully a 2 day turnaround for my suit which I needed that night. Glad it showed up on that second day.
