Yost Cleaning

We just started with Yost cleaning company. They have been doing a get job. The owners of the company are great! Easy to work with.

The initial clean with Yost was great. Shortly after we decided to end services with them due to cleanings being rushed and not done well. They broke our fan switch and ruined $100 picture and did nothing to compensate for it. They instead blamed my dogs. Where the photo is hanging it is impossible that my dogs would do this to it. I would also think there would be a lot more damage if it was a dog. We’ve had this photo for a few years now and nothing has ever happened to it. But because I don’t have proof and can’t run back cameras she is going to say her cleaners had nothing to do with it. I understand things happen but it’s the lack of accountability that is the issue. Andrea is one of the owners and talks in a very condescending tone. She has an excuse for everything. I have cameras in
