Your Oasis Outdoor Care

First I would like to say is the lady in the office is awful. Takes her hours to call you back if she even does. I paid them good money to take care of my lawn and all they did was kill it and takes no responsibility for it just blame the homeowner. I tried for months to get a answer why my lawn was dieing. I thought it was the weed kill they were using because they were just try different stuff not knowing for sure what they were doing but come to find out by a different lawn company it bugs. But now they say it the bugs it happens just like that not that fast it takes more then two week for them to do that much damage. But they will not take accountability for there screw up so I guess I payed them to screw up my lawn and to buy more grass. If I were you I would not let these people o

My st Augustine grass is completely dead, the yard is covered in weeds so I asked them to come and look and they did . Their assessment? Well there is a lot of weeds. St Augustine is not native to Florida we don’t understand why people put it in their yards. Your grass is dead and replaced by Bermuda. We will feed the Bermuda to fill in the dead grass. Or you can kill all the grass and replace the entire yard. They were supposed to get back to me the next day after they investigated the situation to see what happened, they never did. This is just simply unacceptable!

I have been using “Your Oasis” services for a few years now and I strongly recommend them for anybody who wants to keep their lawn pest free. They are very professional and thorough. They let us know when they are coming out to service our property in case we have any concerns we want them to take care of, as everyone knows, Florida outdoors can throw a lot of surprises at you on a daily basis, but Your Oasis is always ready to tackle them! They come on time and do a great job, and then send us a report of everything that has been done to our lawn including any observations they had when they were out there . HORRIBLE!!!!! I have lawn and irrigation with Oasis and in the beginning service was fine. Over time I noticed my lawn wasn't looking as healthy. Mind you my lawn was 100% healthy when Oasis was hired. The tech will say everything is "fine" on the service report when actuality it isn't and I have video proof!!! Fast forward my entire lawn is dead and I need to re-sod AGAIN!!! I briefly spoke with the territory manager; however, he was busy and stated he would call me back. That was three weeks ago. I have tried to give the benefit of doubt but customer service is HORRIBLE. Especially the female that answered the phone this morning (10/13/25). Love this company. The lawn maintenance person comes to the door to let you know he is here and takes his time to talk to you about any problems you might need to address to him. Doesn't rush in and out and leave before you even know he was there . They do a great job, too.
