Your Service Cleaning

I chose Amanda to do a move out cleaning for us because of the great reviews she had. After being stood up the first scheduled appointment because she had a family issue (it happens - I fully understood), she assured me she would be there a couple days later. Incidentally our day of closing. I sent a text the night before asking her to confirm. It was ignored. The next morning at 9am, the appointed start time, she again ghosted us. I fully understand impact of the Hurricane, and made that clear when I first spoke to her. I gave her every option to tell me she couldn’t do it. She committed. When I texted with her after the 1st issue, I asked her very clearly for commitment. She did. Then ghosted us. Very poor service and certainly a poor representative of southern hospitality.

Amanda came to clean my apartment for the first time today, and she is hard working, very thorough, and did a great job. She went above and beyond, and I was amazed at what she accomplished in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Amanda

Amanda has been cleaning my house for a couple of years and I have been very happy with her work. She only needs to be told how I want something done once, and she doesn't have to be told again. She knows how to clean and does it in a timely manner. She definitely has me spoiled.

Highly recommended! We recently moved and were scared we weren't going to get our deposit from the old place back so we called and she came out and made our house look brand new.
