You've Got Maids of Carson City

We recently bought a home and this was the condition we found the home after the cleaning crew did their “deep clean”. There’s dust everywhere, so it’s clear they were not thorough. The floors they supposedly mopped are covered in dirt and shoe prints. They even scratched our vinyl floors. There’s dog nose prints all over the window, so clearly they didn’t clean those either. This is extremely disappointing to find when you expect to have a clean home…

I submitted for an online quote without ever receiving a response so I figured I would give them a call to get the ball rolling. The phone was answered with a simple "hello?". I was then forced to asked if I had actually reached the correct number to which the response was "hold on." I then sat there and had to listen to him speaking on the other line to a travel agent while he was booking a cruise for 2. Clearly he was not interested in earning my business when I called so I hung up. He then called back after he was done setting up his vacation and introduced himself as George I believe. I remained professional but informed him that I was looking for a quote for their services but that I would be going with a different company. I then thanked him for his time (for some reason...) and hung
