We have been loyal customers for 7 years. Our experience started with our old A/C unit going bad on us and having bad experiences with top companies quoting us a ton of money for something we didn't need. Bob came out the same day (seven years ago, 2010) quoted us half the price, had the unit in within days (the other companies needed weeks for their units to come in) and we have been happy with our A/C unit since. Fast forward to 2017, called Bob because our motor was jammed in our furnace as the weather was turning colder, he came out, unjammed it, spoke with us regarding the age of our current furnace and our options moving forward. The driver of zeeland heating van is a very dangerous driver. Today,lives were put at risk because the driver was in a hurry. Weaving in and out of traffic with on coming. Cutting in close traffic. Violent behavior! Watch out for this one!

So thankful for Bob! With a new baby at home and a furnace that wasn't working he came out quickly and diagnosed the problem with a very reasonable fee.
