I am so pleased with the windows installed by Zen Windows. The Zen team kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process via email, text, and phone. They work the entire year; therefore, my windows were installed in February (mid winter!). The installer James is a real professional. Staff are cordial and always responded to my inquiries in a timely matter. The installation price was reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Zen Windows without any hesitations. Couldn't be happier with he purchase. Process took about 2 1/2 months. There was communication all along the way. Expectations were set and met. 14 windows, One Installer named Jim. Took 2 days as he informed me when he came out to do the measurements. I had doubts but Jim did it. It was amazing. Jim told me he had been doing this for 20 years and it showed. REMARKABLE improvement. These were Imperial Elite Triple Pane and I'm so glad I went with the triple pane. They were worth the upgrade. The following week we had winds up to 26 miles per hour. You wouldn't even notice it inside the home. Sound, most all outside sound eliminated. Oh there is still the sound of a dog barking, the trash truck going by but they are muffled and not annoying anymore. We sleep better now. As

I have used Zen Windows for two projects. Initially replacing old open windows in our third floor. They did a great job. Cleaned up all messes. And we loved the windows. More recently I looked to replace several windows in our two story garage. We went with Zen Windows again. One of the things I love about Zen windows is that they are one of the only window companies that don't do hard sale. None of that sign today or lose a 10% discount crap. I don't like hard sell. I feel that if you've got a good product you shouldn't be afraid of a homeowner getting multiple quotes. So I very much appreciated not being pressured by Zen's sales people to close that very day. Thank you for a good product, great install, and a comforting sales process.

Came across ZEN WINDOWS on a Google search when looking for quotes for a bow window replacement. ZEN staff were very prompt and professional throughout the ENTIRE process. I wasn't sure at first because the company is big on doing things via email and text making the process more convenient for it's customers. No pushy sales or negotiating. Just a FAIR price upfront. Compared to some known companies quoting over $20K, and places like lowes being least expensive. we found that ZEN was an extremely acceptable quote and backed by its 100% warranty PLUS 100% labor guarantee.
