Zerorez Northern Colorado

Paid to have carpet cleaned based on mostly good reviews. The techs that came out were very courteous and arrived during their appt window, I was working outside of my vacant home while they were inside doing carpets. Paid extra to have some sort of deep clean done in the living room and the living room honestly looked worse after they cleaned than before. Ended up having to rent a rug doctor to redo the area I paid extra for them to deep clean. Half the house looked good, but it DEFINITLY was not worth the 500 I paid. Never using them again. I might increase review to 2 stars if they attempt to make it right because the techs seemed professional. The picture of the bad carpet was after they cleaned. And the clean carpet was the result with a rug doctor and 20 minutes worth of time. Save y

Greg from Zerorez was fantastic. My hot water heater leaked and flooded a small area of our basement — Greg arrived right on time, was incredibly courteous, and cleaned the entire basement carpet thoroughly. The results speak for themselves — carpets look great and the price was very affordable for the amount of work involved. Highly recommend Zerorez Northern Colorado if you're dealing with water damage cleanup or just need a solid carpet cleaning. Will definitely use them again, especially Greg! That guy is amazing!

We had a great experience with our carpet and tile cleaning. Casey did an awesome job and had a very personable manner. An area where we had a significant cacao drink spill on our carpet looked clean when he left but it reappeared the next day. They guarantee their work, so he came back out the next day and cleaned it again and it looks great now.

Arrived early, explained the procedure, thoroughly. I had my 2 bathrooms tile cleaned and also sealed the grout. Had 3 area rugs cleaned. Totally happy!!!

The gentleman was punctual, polite and knowledgeable abut his work. He did a great job and I would happily use this service again.
