I was very nervous hiring a roofer as I was scammed out of a lot of money in the past.. Gary was very genuine and understanding, he was very professional and I couldn’t be happier, they did an amazing job, stress free, answering all the questions, fast and reliable, great customer service! My house looks the best it ever has! Very satisfied customer! Thank you Zimmerman exterior! Oh and the price was fair also!! I would definitely recommend this company! You won’t be disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They were very accommodating and very friendly when they were trying to get my business, but things changed quickly once they were hired. The owner was never in site. I felt they did some shady business practices and had to call him back multiple times. His bookkeeper was also very difficult to work with. I was told I expected too much. They left the wrap off in order to bring price down, but didn't explain it to me. When I questioned him, he said look at the contract. It doesn't say wrap. What the hell did I know? I don't know terms and materials. That's why I wanted to hire a professional. To say I don't recommend them is an understatement. I had siding done on my house and garage. Very pleased with the results. Very professional, work completed and done in a timely fashion. Very up front with everything. Good customer service as well.
