We recently purchased a home which had a kitchen remodel a few years ago and installed a ZLINE microwave. The microwave works except it seems to have a short in the display so doesn't always show the information you need to operate it. So, I reached out to ZLINE and requested help and the responses I received were extremely disappointing. I purchased ZLINE hood range model number AR696-36-S32 for $699.00 I had it professionally installed, there a big gap in the right inside corner where two metal sheets meet up. it kills the whole hood, have to look at it every day of my cooking! I called the ZLINE customer service, no body answers the phone, I spoke to them on onetime only , took them 6 hours on a stand by phone call, to call me back. My fiancé and I accidentally walked into the ZLINE corporate office (which apparently happens a lot), but the staff could not have been more welcoming. Mason, one of their marketing directors, personally walked us back to the showroom and spent time chatting with us about his own kitchen setup and what appliances he loves most. It was such a refreshing and personal experience. We’re now working with Juan, who’s been fantastic, and I’m so excited to pick our kitchen and bathroom with ZLINE products. Hands-down the friendliest and most helpful showroom experience we’ve ever had!!
