Zoom Drain

Zoom Drain opened my clogged sewer drain and explained in detail what was needed to be done to repair the sewer drains on our property. Duane was especially helpful in showing me pictures of the sewer line and giving me an excellent report of his findings. The estimate Zoom gave me was very reasonable considering all the work required. Adam and Amber were also pleasant and did their work very professionally. Zoom did find unexpected problems and treated me more than fairly in the additional cost. I highly recommend them to persons needing drain work done.

Hired zoom drain for a sump pump repair. From the start they were a pleasure with Amber walking me through the steps of ways to approach the situation, to when the guys Mike and Jourdin showed up and explained to even further detail about the situation at hand! I hired Zoom to repair two dripping exterior faucets. Their plumber told me they could not be repaired, so I authorized replacement. He then told me he could not install them, so instead just replaced washers. Then, attempting installation of shut off valve in the basement, did not exercise due diligence and proceeded to cut a gas line which led to my outdoor gas grill. Gas company called to cap the line and turn off the gas. Because the connection to the grill was capped, the gas grill now cannot be used. In addition, I had to hire my furnace company to inspect and test all gas lines at a cost of $389 in order to get my gas turned back on. Then I had no water.
