I’ve used this company’s services for the third time, and definitely not the last. The guys came fully equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment — they easily disassembled our treadmill and electric bed and put everything back together like new. They were attentive to our requests, helped us lay out the rug, and even gave helpful advice on furniture placement. 5 stars! Summer

We had an excellent experience with this moving team. They handled our 2-bedroom move from Boston to CT with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. From the moment they arrived, they were organized, respectful of our space, and clearly experienced. They worked steadily the entire time, carefully wrapping and protecting our Ikea furniture (lol), and navigating everything (including heavier pieces) without a single complaint. What really stood out was how calm and courteous they were throughout the process — moving can be stressful, but their demeanor made the day feel smooth. We had an emergency situation with one of our clients, just a day before their lease started. The original moving company they hired dropped all their belongings at a storage unit and told the client they'd come back the next day to finish the job—then backed out completely the next morning. It was extremely unprofessional, especially considering it wasn't even peak moving season and they could have easily held the items in their truck. Thankfully, we knew about Born to Move and gave them a call around 11:00am. It was an emergency - a few hours later, their team arrived with a truck, ready to go. Great experience! Eugene and his team arrived on time and were very polite and careful. They lifted my 360-pound stainless steel countertop up to almost the third floor and didn’t damage anything. The guys worked professionally and quickly. Highly recommended.

Born to Move was easy and great to work with. Booking was simple, their estimate was spot on and communication was great. I received a phone call letting me know of my movers arrival time. As soon as their arrived, they reviewed the moving details and contract with me so there weren’t any surprises. We had some huge and heavy pieces that needed to get to a bedroom on the second floor. They did an incredible job of seamlessly getting everything where it needed to go without any damage. They were extremely friendly and neat. I would use them again without hesitation.
